After breakfast, you drive to Marangu village, nestled in the foothills of Kilimanjaro. Local guides welcome you and lead a short hike through lush forest, past banana plantations and small farms. The trail is green and alive with birdsong. Soon, you reach Ndoro Waterfalls—a powerful cascade dropping into a clear pool. You can swim in the refreshing water or simply relax and enjoy the view. Afterward, you return to the village for a cultural tour. The Chagga people share their traditions: you may taste banana beer, learn about coffee farming, and explore historic caves once used for protection during tribal conflicts.
